HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

As a Senior IT Architect, you will play a pivotal role in the organization's IT transformation journey. Your key responsibilities include:

• Leading enterprise-level solution design and implementation for Oracle ERP applications, integration technologies, and data systems.
• Ensuring optimal system performance, resolving critical escalations, and guiding internal teams and external vendors to successful outcomes.
• Driving architectural upgrades, migrations, and system improvements that align with business objectives.
• Collaborating with business leaders to identify technology solutions and create value propositions.
• Partnering with vendors to develop customized solutions that meet organizational requirements.
• Establishing and maintaining governance, compliance, and best practices across IT systems.

ARE YOU A SENIOR IT ARCHITECT ROCK STAR?

The ideal candidate for this role possesses the following qualifications and skills:

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Programming/Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 10+ years of experience as a Solution Architect with expertise in architecture design, systems lifecycle management, and infrastructure planning.

Technical Expertise:

• In-depth knowledge of Oracle ERP systems, including eBS release 12.2.12, Oracle databases, middleware products, and frameworks such as FMW, BPEL, OAF, ADF, Java, and JSP.
• Expertise in Oracle modules related to Order Management, Supply Chain, Projects, Finance, Service, and Field Service.
• Proficiency in cloud-based technologies and API management tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications or knowledge in Salesforce Cloud and MuleSoft to enable seamless interoperability.
• Project management certifications in Waterfall or Agile methodologies.

Soft Skills and Attributes:

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for interfacing with stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a track record of resolving complex system challenges.
• Proven experience aligning business requirements with innovative IT solutions.
• Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment.

Other Requirements:

• Experience managing outsourced service providers and maintaining compliance with internal controls.
• Willingness to travel as needed for project collaboration.
