Job Description

About Us

Evidently supercharges healthcare organizations with AI that is able to interpret the broad kinds of data in a patient’s chart — from lab results, to doctors’ notes, to medical imaging and faxes — and turn it into actionable insight. The tools Evidently builds are relied on by Individual doctors & clinicians, as well as the teams at a healthcare organization that make sure it is reimbursed accurately for the care they deliver.

By seamlessly integrating into existing workflows and leveraging AI to do the heavy lifting, we’re not just automating tasks—we’re fundamentally reshaping how healthcare professionals work. We come to work every day to help fight clinician burnout, equip them with insight from an ocean of data, and empower whole healthcare organizations to deliver the best care possible. Our mission is to reduce cognitive overhead and administrative burdens, eliminate inefficiencies, and give healthcare workers back the time and focus they need to improve patient care. The Role

We’re looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer with enterprise software experience to take ownership of product design at Evidently. You’ll work across both zero-to-one projects —building new AI-powered products from the ground up—and refining existing tools to make them even more intuitive and impactful.

Our products:

  • Put patients first and allow healthcare teams to deliver the best possible care for their patients.
  • Empower healthcare providers by surfacing patient data and clinical knowledge in the most meaningful way.
  • Automate clinical workflows to free up time for direct patient care.
  • Revolutionize coding by guiding and automating processes for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Enable clinical researchers to define and refine cohorts with precision.
  • Support healthcare quality teams with AI-powered insights.

As a highly driven and fast-moving team, we need a product designer who thrives in ambiguity, iterates quickly, and can balance speed with thoughtful, user-centered design.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the end-to-end product design process, from research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI execution
  • Work on both new and existing products , defining experiences from scratch and continuously improving what’s already in place
  • Move fast —rapidly prototype, test, and iterate to create seamless workflows for physicians, nurses, and other clinicians, giving them modern tools impacting patient care today and into the future.
  • Develop and maintain a design system and visual identity across our product suite
  • Conduct user research and usability testing with healthcare professionals
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and clinical experts to ensure smooth implementation
  • Advocate for user-centered design while balancing AI, regulatory, and business constraints

What We’re Looking For
  • 7+ years of UX/UI design experience for enterprise software (healthcare experience a plus)
  • Ability to work independently and lead all product design decisions
  • Experience with both zero-to-one product design and refining existing products
  • Fast, iterative mindset —able to rapidly prototype and adapt based on feedback
  • Strong portfolio showcasing experience with complex workflows and data-heavy applications
  • Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools) and knowledge of accessibility best practices
  • Strong communication skills —able to clearly articulate design decisions
  • Experience designing AI-driven or automation-based products is a plus

Why Join Us?
  • Define the product design direction of AI-driven healthcare products from the ground up
  • Work in a fast-paced environment where speed and iteration are key
  • Have a direct impact on how front-line clinicians and researchers interact with clinical data
  • Join a mission-driven team that’s tackling complex healthcare challenges with cutting-edge AI
