Job Title: Senior Construction Project Manager – Luxury Custom Homes

Location: Naples, Florida

Salary: Up to $150,000 + Bonuses

Position Overview:

They are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to lead the development of ground-up luxury custom homes valued at $5M and above. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working on coastal properties and overseeing the entire project lifecycle to ensure exceptional quality and precision in every detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the construction of high-end custom homes from inception to completion, ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship and quality.
• Manage all phases of the project, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and client communication.
• Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure the project vision is fully realized.
• Ensure that every aspect of the project meets stringent deadlines and quality standards, exceeding client expectations.
• Provide leadership to the on-site team and manage all subcontractors and trades effectively.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in luxury custom home building , specifically with homes valued at $10m+ .
• Proven experience in managing coastal construction projects, ideally in Florida
• A stable employment history within the custom home building industry.
• Excellent client-facing skills
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with a meticulous eye for detail.
