Qualifications and Skills:

• 5+ years experience leading projects from inception to completion, mastering estimates, contracts, and owner relations. Alternatively, expertise as a Field Engineer or Startup Manager is equally welcome.
• PMP Certification preferred
• Valid Driver's License with a good driving record
• Ability to pass a thorough background check and pre-employment drug screen required as a condition of employment
• Deep understanding of the natural gas industry is a valuable asset, but not a prerequisite for exceptional talent.
• Excellent financial acumen including comprehension and understanding of financial statements, budgeting/forecasting and financial analysis.
• Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to adapt in real time to match shifting demands of different situations.
• Creates environments where people are motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve objectives.
• Ability to captivate audiences with advanced written and verbal communication skills, ensuring crystal-clear collaboration.
• Command of current technology like smartphones, tablets, and MS Office suite.
• Ability to travel (up to 20%).
