THE ROLE - Web Analyst

In this role, you will play a key part in analyzing and optimizing the customer journey across digital platforms. You'll track user interactions, uncover insights to improve engagement and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance digital experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Track and analyze customer behavior from initial website visits to lead conversion, identifying drop-off points and areas for improvement.
• Write SQL queries to analyze large data sets and generate actionable reports.
• Use Google Analytics, SQL, and Python to measure website performance and optimize conversion funnels.
• Provide strategic recommendations to improve customer engagement and reduce friction in the digital experience.
• Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to refine website design, content strategies, and customer journey flows.
• Support digital experience initiatives, including potential mobile app development.
• Conduct customer experience analysis to improve messaging consistency and user interactions across digital touchpoints.
• Present findings and insights to key stakeholders, ensuring clear and actionable communication.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• 5-6 years of experience in web analytics, focusing on customer journey analysis and user experience optimization.
• Strong SQL skills with experience working in a data-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and Python for website performance tracking and data analysis.
• Deep understanding of digital customer journeys, website navigation, and conversion optimization.
• Ability to translate data insights into strategic recommendations that drive business decisions.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and digital teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Experience with mobile app analytics is a plus.
