I Responsibilities |

Enable providers to focus on providing individualized patient care by assisting in:

  • Converting new leads into new evaluations for the PTs
  • High volume outbound calls and inbound calls for leads
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Scheduling follow ups
  • Collecting new client intake information
  • Building positive relationships with patients, community, and practitioners and manage conflict with care and empathy.
  • Lead clients through sales process to meet new client conversions goals
  • Promote conversion by providing excellent onboarding and customer experience.
  • Answer phone calls, text messages, emails, and instant messages in a timely and professional manner
  • In partnership with clinicians, ensure Shift Performance PT hits quality of care, compliance, and financial goals.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies & frameworks.
  • Collect payments
  • Manage patient feedback escalation process, ensure that conflicts are resolved, and the patient feels heard.
  • Analyze new client metrics to optimize client communication and onboarding process with clinical director.
  • Manage social media.
  • Create and deliver marketing materials for local workshops and injury screens.
  • Additional training in any of the following are a plus:

PTEverywhere, Notion, Slack, G Suite, GHL (we provide training in all of our systems)

This position is Full Time and onsite
