Trial Paralegal – Costa Mesa, CA

The Law Offices of Daniel Kim is a top-rated Personal Injury Law Firm in California. We fight for plaintiffs injured as a result of the negligence of others, in nearly all forms of personal injury cases.

We are searching for a talented Trial Paralegal to join our Litigation Team and help us win big on behalf of our clients.

Compensation :

• $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
• Exceptionally experienced candidates may qualify for compensation beyond stated range.

Responsibilities:

• Draft complaints and pleadings, including but not limited to CMC statements and other court approved forms, written discovery (propounding and responding), etc.
• Calendaring relevant litigation deadlines, filing/service in state and federal courts.
• Assist in drafting trial prep documents, including but not limited to: Jury Instructions, Witness Lists, Exhibit Lists, Motions in Limine, Trial Binders, trial subpoenas/on-call agreements.
• Interfacing with clients via written correspondence, zoom calls to go over discovery and/or deposition preparation.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Personal Injury litigation experience (plaintiff or defense) is highly preferred.
• Excellent time management, proof reading, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Experienced working in a paperless environment.
• Able to learn cutting edge technology like Esquire Tek and other AI-assisted platforms.
• Paralegal certificate is required.
