Designer role is well-rounded and quite different in that our school brings common sense back to education, innovative thinking, and not cookie-cutting learners. Vandermont, located in Royse City, TX ( just five minutes east of Rockwall), seeks to add the nation’s most coachable educators to its K-12 team in Primary and Secondary Studios. Our dedicated team of passionate educators is at the forefront of a movement to revolutionize how we teach and learn. We are committed to providing personalized, innovative, and faith-based education that empowers our students to excel academically while preparing them to lead purposeful lives. Moving beyond instruction, our educational designers will work closely with students and colleagues to build incredible learning experiences anchored in Design Thinking and support individualized pathways to competency demonstration. As an Educational Designer, responsibilities will revolve around designing experiences for transdisciplinary discovery. Working alongside a team of fellow Educational Designers, there will be a team emphasis on care, collaboration, exploration, and design. The most qualified candidates will embrace the unknown and thrive in spontaneous and dynamic experiences, but they will be thoughtful and grounded in supporting students in navigating new pathways in learning for competency demonstration.
