Job Title: QA Lead (Salesforce)
Location: Remote
Duration: 8-month contract
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor QA testers (manual and automation), oversee manual and automated test execution
Ensure proper tracking of bugs, defects, and issues in tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, etc. Develop and execute test scripts/cases based on business and/or functional requirements.
Create detailed test plans, including test scenarios, steps, and expected results for all functional requirements of the application under test.
Identify, report, document, and track defects/bugs.
Validate that user expectations are met during the testing process. Capture, analyze, and summarize test results.
Assist with documenting product functionality for both internal and external users.
Collaborate with development teams, business analysts, and other QA team members to determine appropriate fixes for identified bugs and ensure the timely completion of deliverables.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance/testing, with a combination of manual and automation testing experience.
At least 1 year of experience working as a QA Lead.
At least 1 year of testing experience in Salesforce.
Experience working with Azure DevOps. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines & DevOps practices.
Leadership experience in managing & mentoring a QA team. Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies.
Proficient in testing web and client/server applications, with solid experience in writing SQL queries.
