Pay Range: $40-50/hour DOE
Brief Summary:
The Global Robotics Delivery team is seeking a passionate and talented User Experience Designer to help design and enhance Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Productivity applications. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment, working with internal and external Robotics team members to create intuitive web applications.
Responsibilities:
• Quickly create process flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups to conceptualize and communicate detailed interaction behaviors
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business and feature requirements through data, usability findings, market research, and proven UCD principles
• Assess and optimize new and existing features through usability testing and analytics data interpretation
• Present design work to user experience teams, product teams, and leadership for review and feedback
• Contribute to best practices and standards for user interface design and development
• Provide leadership in web application design and user interface innovations
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer, with a focus on web-based applications (Portfolio required)
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, and Visio
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience
• Knowledge of usability principles and web-based information architecture
• Experience with ERP product life cycle systems (Oracle EBS, Agile PLM) is a plus
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
• Ability to work with highly technical teams in an agile, fast-paced environment
• Experience in web application design and prototyping
