As a Sr. Manager, Design at HanesBrands, your day will be filled with creative energy and strategic collaboration. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative designs to life, ensuring our iconic brands like Hanes, Maidenform, and Bali continue to excite and delight consumers worldwide.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Lead the design process from concept to market, creating brand-right designs that align with our business strategy
  • Conduct trend analysis and consumer research to stay ahead of the curve in men's underwear fashion
  • Oversee fit sessions, ensuring garment consistency and resolving quality and technical issues
  • Mentor and guide a team of talented designers, fostering a culture of innovation and creativity

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree with 10+ years relevant work experience OR Master's 8+ years relevant work experience; 4+ years of equivalent work experience can be substituted for Bachelor's degree.
  • Extensive experience in the apparel industry, with a focus on men's underwear
  • Comprehensive knowledge of garment construction, textile sciences, and fabric performance
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills to inspire and collaborate effectively
  • A passion for design and a commitment to delivering exceptional products
