Job Description

Our client, a top virtual healthcare provider specializing in telemedicine, is seeking a full-time Senior Art Director. In this role, you’ll take charge of developing and executing compelling campaigns across various channels, products, and health conditions. Collaborating closely with a senior Copywriter, you’ll craft initiatives aimed at expanding the member base and enhancing engagement on the platform. This is fully remote (can sit anywhere in the US) full-time role. Competitive salary consisting of base, bonus and equity.

Responsibilities:

• Create and execute high-impact campaigns and engaging content.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate teams of Art Directors.
• Drive innovative and strategic ideas across diverse marketing channels.
• Develop and manage content production for multiple platforms.
• Focus on achieving measurable outcomes through creative efforts.
• Build and manage a growing team of junior and mid-level creatives, including Art Directors, Copywriters, and Content Specialists.

Required Qualifications:

• Over 5 years of experience in a creative role.
• A forward-thinking and imaginative approach to design and campaigns.
• Genuine enthusiasm for creating work that positively impacts people's lives.
• Ability to excel in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated success delivering a wide range of marketing communication projects.
• Strong work ethic paired with an optimistic outlook.
• Adaptability in a dynamic workplace, with the flexibility to address evolving business priorities and objectives.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma is required; experience with AfterEffects is a bonus.
