Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Sr. Admin Assistant to join their client's dynamic team in Beverly Hills, CA. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented and can provide excellent administrative support within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management and other team members as required.
• Organize and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
• Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications including phone calls, emails, and mail.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas and minutes.
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
• Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Education requirement is a Bachelor's Degree.
• 10+ years proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• High degree of discretion and confidentiality.

Required Work Hours

Monday through Friday, 1st shift.

Additional Details

Pay Range: $32 - $36 per hour
