Job Description

A full-service restoration and cleaning company based in Greenville, SC is seeking a Restoration Estimator to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed estimates for property restoration and reconstruction projects using Xactimate software
• Conduct thorough on-site inspections to accurately assess damage to residential and commercial properties
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, insurance adjusters, and contractors to ensure project accuracy and compliance
• Review job specifications, blueprints, and other documentation to create cost estimates.
• Ensure all estimates comply with industry standards and guidelines
• Track and follow up on submitted estimates, maintaining strong relationships with insurance adjusters and clients
• Analyze and report on the costs and materials necessary for restoration projects
• Work closely with the project management team to ensure accurate job costing and project completion

Qualifications:

• Insurance estimating experience

• Company vehicle included
• Schedule: M-F, Monday- Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm
• Salary: $67,000 annual salary plus $10k+ bonus opportunity
