Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled React Developer with proven experience in building dynamic, responsive, and high-performing user interfaces. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in React.js workflows and associated web technologies, along with the ability to craft exceptional user experiences and solve complex problems efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain advanced user interfaces using React.js and its associated workflows (e.g., Flux, Redux).
  • Write clean, maintainable, and cross-browser compatible code in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Leverage frameworks and tools such as Bootstrap, React Hooks, and Sitecore to create interactive and visually appealing applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RESTful APIs into React applications seamlessly.
  • Use version control systems like Git to manage and contribute to collaborative development workflows.
  • Apply strong UI/UX skills to ensure applications provide an intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user experience.
  • Utilize CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, and Sitecore as part of the development process.
  • Work with advanced design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma to create visually appealing web designs.
  • Optimize websites for accessibility, multi-device usability, and search engine performance.
  • Apply Oracle PL SQL knowledge where required.
  • Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in React.js and its core principles with 10+ years of experience.
  • Proficiency in modern front-end web technologies, including JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and JQuery.
  • Hands-on experience with React.js frameworks and tools such as Redux, React Hooks, and Bootstrap.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful API integration.
  • Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
  • Solid understanding of content management systems (CMS) and their integration into applications.
  • Familiarity with advanced web design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Webflow).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to ensure cross-platform compatibility and consistent user experiences.
  • Knowledge of Oracle PL SQL is a plus.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in Agile environments.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with SEO best practices.
  • Experience in Sitecore or other advanced CMS platforms.
  • Knowledge of modern web stacks and frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and execute complex projects efficiently.
