Position Summary:

Are you a hands-on Quality Engineer with a passion for precision, process improvement, and working in high-tech environments? We’re partnering with a cutting-edge manufacturing company seeking a dedicated Quality Engineer to support production, inspection, and quality assurance of complex electromechanical assemblies used in cleanroom environments.

Essential Functions:

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, pneumatic/electrical schematics, and BOMs.
• Assume ownership of incoming inspections parts.
• Manage Discrepant Material Database to ensure all open issues get closed in a timely fashion.
• Partner with Supply Chain/Procurement team in management and closure of subcomponent material discrepancy issues.
• Understand customer requirements and assume responsibility for customer satisfaction.
• Generation and use of inspection sheets and quality records.
• Manage calibration of tools used in assembly process.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, as it pertains to a multi-language, multi-cultural customer base.

Experience:

• Proficient with inspection tools and quality documentation.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and computer-based systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
