Tandym Group has multiple long-term contract opportunities for Oracle Health Change Management Consultants.

Oracle Health Change Management Consultants partner with healthcare organizations to design, deploy and manage strategies and tactical plans for communications, training or organizational transformation relating to large scale healthcare technology implementations and change initiatives. They are experienced in adapting change management solutions to multi-stream work projects help our clients enhance their EHR platform to improve care delivery and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Organize, plan and execute site-specific Change Management Strategy deliverables
• Partner with Oracle Health consultants to create, facilitate and complete Change Impact Analysis documentation for various service lines
• Provide insights to leadership stakeholders, Change Leadership Teams and end users leading to the successful adoption of Oracle
• Assess stakeholder adoption through various change management measurement efforts collaborating with on-site teams to maintain change plans and develop action plans to mitigate risks
• Prepare and lead Change Management events including internal meetings, workflow readiness, trainings and learning labs, etc.
• Collaborate with project leaders and site leads in the weekly utilization and completion of the individual or service line change management plans
• Deliver solutions tailored to each client's unique needs, enhancing both Impact and accessibility across healthcare services

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience implementing Change Management strategies in healthcare organizations
• Experience in the design, deployment and management of change management, communications, training and organizational transformation delivered to a diverse set of stakeholders
• Proven success in the organization and planning of change management leading to successful adoption
• Willingness and ability to travel weekly to local sites, Oracle offices, Washington DC or Kansas City, MO to perform change management tasks
• Candidates must comply with applicable client requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in BA, BS or Master's degree in Organizational Development, Industrial Engineering
• Experience with ADKAR methodologies, Prosci certification highly desirable
• Previous experience working in the public sector
