Job Description: Operations Lead/Admin (Part-Time)

Hours: 20 hours per week

Overview:

Brooksource is seeking a dedicated and proactive Operations Lead/Admin to join our team, focusing on operational processes within Nissan’s Consumer Facing domain for the Telematics Backend Project. This part-time role requires a highly engaged individual who can effectively liaise between various teams and ensure smooth operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the operations team and other departments, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
• Engagement and Awareness: Maintain a high level of engagement and awareness of ongoing projects and operational needs.
• Team Coordination: Work closely with the delivery and product teams to align operational processes with team setups and project requirements.
• Assessment and Liaison: Conduct assessments and engage with teams to understand and address operational needs.
• Process Management: Oversee operational processes, ensuring they meet the expectations and standards set by Nissan.
• Administrative Oversight: Monitor administrative tasks and ensure they are completed efficiently.
• Technical Acumen: Possess a basic understanding of relevant technologies to direct technical queries to the appropriate personnel.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in an operational or administrative role is preferred.
• Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic technical acumen is required, though in-depth knowledge of telematics or related technologies is not necessary.
• Proactive Attitude: Must be a doer, capable of taking initiative and driving tasks to completion without extensive learning periods.

Additional Information:

• This role is designed to be part-time, with an expectation of 20 hours per week.
• The position requires someone who can start immediately and adapt quickly to the operational needs of the project.
• The Operations Lead will work closely with the BOL, who is already engaged in the Consumer Facing domain.
