Role Overview:

We are seeking a full-time Office Administrator to manage daily office operations, oversee HR functions, streamline office policies, and support recruitment efforts. This role is crucial in maintaining an efficient and productive workplace while ensuring employees have the resources they need to succeed.

Responsibilities:
  • Office Management : Oversee day-to-day office operations, supplies, and facility management to ensure a well-organized and efficient workplace.
  • Payroll & HR Administration : Manage payroll processing, benefits coordination, and employee documentation while ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Recruiting & Onboarding : Support talent acquisition efforts, manage job postings, screen applicants, and facilitate onboarding for new hires.
  • Office Policies & Processes : Develop, implement, and maintain company policies and standard operating procedures to enhance workplace efficiency.
  • Administrative Support : Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and general office coordination.

Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in office administration, HR, payroll, or recruiting.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or HR/payroll software.
