Location: Onsite – Minnetonka, Minnesota

Pay Rate: $25–$30/hr (W2)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Contract Duration: 1 Year

About the Role

We are seeking a Material Handler I to join our team at the Minnesota Operations Facility (APMOF). In this role, you will play a key part in managing the flow of raw materials, Work-in-Process, and Finished Goods within a cGMP-regulated environment . Your attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability will help ensure the integrity and traceability of materials across every stage of the manufacturing process.

What You'll Be Doing

• Receive and verify incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Safely move, store, and organize materials using pallet jacks and forklifts
• Accurately document material transactions in inventory systems
• Perform regular cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies
• Prepare and ship outbound materials following proper packaging protocols
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures
• Support inventory control and warehouse operations
• Collaborate with other departments to meet production and quality goals

What You Bring

• 1–3 years of warehousing and inventory control experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment
• Experience in FDA-regulated operations preferred
• Background in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industries is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and handling materials for extended periods
• Safety-conscious and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
• Adaptable with the ability to multi-task and adjust to shifting priorities
