About the Position

Our Marketing Department is currently seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with our marketing and sales teams, supporting internal operations and external client communications. If you are detail-oriented, resourceful, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this role may be the perfect fit for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Department Support : Assist the marketing team in managing day-to-day operations, marketing campaigns, and client communications.
  • Client Service Collaboration : Work with business partners to address client service-related matters and ensure smooth communication.
  • CRM Updates : Maintain and update the company’s CRM system to ensure accurate and current client data.
  • Project Management Support : Coordinate efforts across multiple departments to ensure timely delivery of client communication and assist in producing quarterly reports, questionnaires, and proposals.
  • Sales Team Assistance : Support the sales team by preparing presentation materials and drafting other communications.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills are a must.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under deadlines.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive approach to identifying challenges and recommending solutions.
  • Customer Service Experience: Demonstrated ability to maintain strong client relationships and address inquiries with professionalism.
  • Executive Assistance Experience: Preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications
