We are a growing company seeking a resourceful and dedicated individual to fill the role of Interior Design Sales Consultant.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Interior Design role in home furnishings setting or design firm. Existing trade relationships are a plus but not required.
• Highly motivated, organized, detail oriented and consistently resourceful
• Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and close sales
• Experience managing client projects from start to finish
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills when interacting with customers and vendor partners
• Kindness and patience
• Must be very comfortable leveraging technology to support our business needs - Experience using Shopify, Shopify POS, Gorgias, Google Suite, Google Meet, Room Planner or equivalent
• Ability to leverage and adhere to our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Available to work in our Montclair, NJ showroom full time, 5 days per week. Weekends required. Flex schedule for 1 weekend off each month.
