We sell international health insurance to expatriates and visitors in and outside the USA. We're looking for hardworking, dedicated, experienced Health Insurance Sales Producers to benefit from our proprietary lead acquisition methods, which are qualified and provided at no cost. Responsibilities :

  • Manage sales cycle from start to finish with qualified leads by 
  • Connect with company-provided qualified leads to sell health insurance products
  • Follow through with leads to closure, influencing people over the phone to close sales.
  • Build comprehensive policies through a consultative approach that creates long-term renewals and customer satisfaction.
  • Generate electronic rate quotes and process applications on the fly while on the phone.
  • Provide customer support as needed, even after winning the business.
  • Build strong relationships internally and externally to help grow your overall business
  • Develop relationships on internally on sales team and across broader team
  • Establish rapport and build credibility with external partners
  • Partner with sales teams at our insurance carriers to help win business
  • Keep up-to-date records through our CRM and proprietary sales systems
  • Demonstrate interest in always getting better to enhance success, seeking feedback and open to coaching for improvement. 

Requirements:

  • A current and active State Health Insurance License
  • 2+ years of demonstrated Sales skills with an increased growth rate year-on-year
  • Hungry to win with an ability to overcome objections and close over the phone
  • Ability to work independently and effectively from home with access to a dedicated home space with a high-speed internet connection. Must be self-motivated!
  • Multilingual, fluent in speaking, reading, and writing in Spanish and English is highly desirable
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service, relationship-building, and sales skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to excel in a high-paced environment, technically savvy
  • Strict adherence to the Companies Agent Code of Ethics
  • Sound decision-making when working with prospective customers

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary Range: $60,000–$80,000 + Incentive Bonus
