Key Responsibilities:

The PM will develop and refine detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations specific to commercial construction projects. Collaboration with architects, engineers, and design professionals is essential to review and interpret project plans and specifications. Client and stakeholder management is a key responsibility. The PM will serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Building and maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders, including community members and regulatory agencies, is essential.
