Job Description

We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Construction Foreman to oversee and manage day-to-day activities on the job site. This role is hands-on and involves supervising crews, coordinating tasks, maintaining safety and quality standards, and keeping the project on schedule. The ideal candidate has a strong construction background, good leadership skills, and the ability to solve problems on the fly. Are you willing to relocate to Maltby, Washington?

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a crew of construction workers and subcontractors.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and job specifications.
• Schedule daily tasks and assign responsibilities to team members.
• Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and according to quality standards.
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment needed for each phase of the project.
• Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with all job site regulations.
• Troubleshoot problems and make adjustments as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and daily progress.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in construction
• Solid knowledge of construction methods, tools, materials, and safety standards.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple tasks.
• OSHA 10/30 certification is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
