Homestore Directs is a leading Division 10 building material supplier specializing in high-quality construction solutions. We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Estimator / Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in construction estimating, project management, and cost analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Estimation & Takeoffs : Perform detailed takeoffs, ensuring accurate material and cost projections.
• Quote Preparation : Develop comprehensive construction quotes, update specifications, and forecast costs for project elevations.
• Vendor Coordination : Obtain and evaluate vendor bids, specify materials and quantities, negotiate pricing, and manage material purchases with scheduled deliveries in mind.
• Cost Analysis & Budgeting : Identify, analyze, and resolve cost discrepancies to maintain project profitability.
• Project & Document Management : Utilize Microsoft Office, ProCore, and Bluebeam Revu , along with other construction management software, to organize and streamline project workflows.
• Communication & Reporting : Prepare detailed reports, summarize project data, and maintain effective communication between corporate, division, and local teams.
• Quality & Compliance : Uphold organizational standards to ensure superior customer service and project continuity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science or equivalent industry experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles .
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PlanSwift, QuickBooks, Bluebeam Revu, and other construction software .
• Exceptional organizational, time-management, negotiation, and communication skills .
