Clinical Supervisor Opportunity Description

SimiTree Talent Solutions is a leading search firm for the Behavioral / Mental Health industry. Our client is looking for a full-time Clinical Supervisor for various clinics based in Oregon . These roles are located in Outpatient/Residential  Clinics in: Hermiston, Condon, Boardman , OR . This supervisor may carry a case load and will oversee several therapists and case managers who work with patients of all ages who need mental health and SUD treatment. Licensed and Unlicensed therapists will be considered with at least two years of post-master's therapy experience. These are onsite positions with flex-scheduling! Relocation candidates welcome to apply. Pay range dependent on experience and licensure.

Clinical Supervisor Requirements

• Two years of post-master’s mental health therapy and counseling experience.
• Licensed LCSW, LICSW or LMHC preferred but not required.
• Ability to work on-site.
• Supervisory experience.

Clinical Supervisor Responsibilities

• Day to day oversight of clinical staff including clinical supervision, administrative oversight, training, consult and logistics.
• Develop an individualized treatment plan using appropriate diagnostic criteria.
• Work collaboratively with prescribers, clinicians, and families.

The compensation scale listed is a general salary range and is not intended to represent the actual annual or hourly compensation rate for this role. An offer will be made to the selected candidate at the conclusion of the interview process based on their relevant experience and the responsibilities of the position.
