Job Description

Position: Clinical Research Site Manager

Location: Greater New Orleans, LA (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

Are you a proven leader in clinical research looking to make an impact? We’re seeking a Site Manager to oversee and grow operations at a fast-paced, high-potential research site. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of a clinical site that values quality, initiative, and community engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day leadership for clinical research operations
  • Ensure compliance with GCP, ICH, and ALCOA standards
  • Support and mentor CRCs, RAs, and other site staff
  • Perform or oversee patient visits as needed
  • Maintain audit readiness and regulatory oversight
  • Collaborate with investigators, front office, and lab personnel
  • Develop organizational systems and site documentation practices
  • Identify opportunities for growth, community outreach, and site optimization
  • Contribute strategic input to improve processes and patient volume

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of site-level clinical research experience
  • Prior experience as a Lead CRC, Site Manager, or equivalent leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of GCP, 1572s, DoA logs, AE/SAE reporting
  • Proven ability to lead teams and organize operations independently
  • High attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment

Preferred:

  • Experience with CRIO or similar EDC systems
  • Phlebotomy experience or certification (not required)
  • Interest in business development or community outreach
  • Background in small or early-stage research sites
