Location: Foster City, CA 94404 / Morris Plains, NJ 07950 / Raleigh, NC 27609 (Onsite/Hybrid)
Description:
The Vendor Outsourcing Associate II will be responsible for supporting various activities and projects within the Vendor Outsourcing organization.
Main responsibilities:
• Managing contract lifecycle for following types of contracts:
Primary Responsibility-
• Clinical Consulting Agreements .
• Confidentiality Agreements ( CDAs ).
Secondary Responsibility/Back up Support:
• Letters of Authorization ( LoAs ) to authorize work with Contract Research Organizations (CROs)
Other contracts as identified, as needed.
Facilitate the contract management lifecycle from receipt of request to execution and maintenance of contract, including:
• Drafting and negotiation of contract terms.
• Ensuring compliance with /Vendor Outsourcing process requirements.
• Partnering with internal stakeholders, including business compliance, legal, finance and other internal stakeholders to ensure proper facilitation and execution of contract.
• Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders by providing timely and high-quality contracts.
• Timely and accurate tracking, management and filing of contracts within company systems.

• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
• Structured, well organized and process oriented.
• Complies with required processes in a regulated environment.
• Comfortable interacting with internal (clinical, finance, legal) and external stakeholders (vendors, healthcare professionals).
• Deep understanding of contracting knowledge , including contract structure and format.
• Proficiency in legal language and contractual terms .
• Ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
• Critical thinking and analytical skills.
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 3+ years of industry experience preferred.
