Capital Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Garner is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Automotive Dealer Trade Driver. This role involves transporting vehicles between dealership locations, ensuring safe and timely deliveries for dealer trades and customer handovers. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and a strong commitment to excellent customer service. Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport vehicles between dealership locations while following all traffic laws and regulations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in proper working condition.
• Complete necessary paperwork for vehicle transfers, including trade agreements and delivery receipts.
• Report any vehicle issues to dealership personnel.
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to vehicle operation.
• Assist with other dealership transportation needs as required.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Previous experience in vehicle transportation or a similar role is a plus
• Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work independently
• Ability to lift and move vehicles as needed
• Familiarity with local roadways and traffic patterns
• Must pass a pre-employment background check
