Our mission is to connect top talent with meaningful opportunities to drive business success. Job Description We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist & Payroll Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in AP Managment, Payroll Processing and General Accounting Support. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable (AP) Management Process AP transactions, including invoices, expense reports, and payment requests. Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with company policies. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and address vendor inquiries. Prepare and execute weekly check runs or electronic payments for approved bills. Reconcile account balances via NetSuite and the Daily Cash Journal. Set up new vendor accounts and manage onboarding documents (e.g., W-9s). Provide internal and external account statements as requested. Support month-end close activities and analyze AP data for process improvements. Payroll Processing Manage and process bi-weekly payroll for 25+ employees using Paycor. Oversee employee onboarding to ensure proper setup in payroll systems. Manage the Paycor portal, including time sheets, PTO accruals, and deductions. Record payroll transactions in NetSuite accurately and in a timely manner. General Accounting Support Reconcile company credit cards and process employee reimbursements via Concur. Track and post interest payments on company loans. Execute owner distributions as needed. Manage quarterly tax payment deadlines and ensure compliance. Assist with month-end and year-end close processes. Other Duties Notarize documents as required. Provide additional support for financial reporting and analysis using NetSuite Required Qualifications: Proven experience in accounts payable or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with corporate accounting practices is a plus. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
