Location: Nashville/Antioch, TN

Salary: $60,000 – $70,000

Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Job Title: Accounting Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounting Analyst to join our team in a hybrid role based in the Nashville/Antioch area. This position will support month-end close activities, financial reporting, and account reconciliations, playing a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, and profit & loss reviews.
• Analyze financial data and trends, providing insights and supporting business decision-making.
• Prepare and distribute internal management reports and external compliance reports.
• Ensure accounting procedures comply with GAAP and internal controls.
• Assist with the development and monitoring of budgets and forecasts.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of accounting processes and financial reporting systems.
• Support audits and other ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting or financial analysis experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Experience in a corporate accounting or finance environment.
• Familiarity with financial reporting tools and ERP systems.

Work Environment:

• Hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite in the Nashville/Antioch office.
• Standard office environment; must be able to prioritize and manage workload effectively.
• No direct supervisory responsibilities.
